How do you make sex ed actually resonate with Gen Z women? That was the challenge behind our D&AD New Blood submission. We saw that most resources felt outdated, clinical, or shame-based—so we set out to reframe the conversation. Our insight: curiosity builds confidence. So we created Know Yourself; a bold, judgment free video teaser for a larger series covering topics like masturbation, consent, and vaginal health.
We didn’t win, but the project pushed us to think critically about how education and creativity can work together to spark real connection. It wasn’t just sex ed, it was a rebrand of self ownership, powered by curiosity instead of shame.
